So because I missed a workout 2 days ago, last night was KILLER trying to work out on my abs! I've gotta say I LOVED the shoulder and arm lifting though! Mind you, my arms are in much better shape than my abs and legs anyhow....

Note to self: must buy heavier weights....
77,1 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 13,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 3,2 kg a Settimana

seeems like if i take a day off, from lifting, then i have a better workout..my body isnt as tired to lift..takes time to work it off..way to go
