An Adjustment up of 200g but all food good and well within 1200 cals. All good after all it was a huge drop last week. Also dropped to size 10 now.. Was a size 20 when started this new way of life. I'm stoked. All this weight loss is costing me the earth in new Clothes. What an awesome problem to have.
