Yikes!! First time since I've been on the diet that I've put weight on :( Not a good feeling....but I know it's because of christmas/moving/starting school and I just haven't gotten myself back into the whole diet fully....Also i'm just going to get a new gym membership today so that will help too! Well this is a reality check for me....Stick to the DIET!!!!
