I'm with gug, thankfully you checked into the numbers on the scale and tried to figure out why you weren't dropping like crazy...as you should be...since you work out so wonderfully hard! I'm really glad that you figured something out. Now, here you are showing great progress and it looks like you'll meet and then exceed your March goal! Go friend Go!!

thank you all ... its been a really good week with the scales god..yeah im beginning to think more like end of jan or sooner for me to meet my next goal...

I had to look twice at your chart -- I thought it was the Dow Jones chart - plumetting downward! Losing is a good thing on your chart! Whew! The goal line is in sight and you will be crossing it way ahead of schedule. I am off to do my eliptical with that dang extra 1/2 mile! You have had an AWESOME week!

lol...4thehalibut...bet your glad you only decided to add 1/2 mile on...lol...but just think in the next week or so, im gonna add another 1/2 mile onto my walk..does that mean your gonna add to..lol..yeap its been an awesome week
