Scale and I have a love/hate relationship 🙄 Upset. I didn't stick with my plan at all. Barely drank water. Ate large portions of fattening foods. Hardly any veggies failed to take vitamins and failed to exercise. Not much more I could have done to sabbatage myself. 😧🤔p
