A new low since I've restarted my diet. An odd thing I noticed is that I felt like I had keto flu symptoms yesterday and I am very hungry today, but I never noticed a lack of Ketones on my testing strips so I am wondering if when I broke 30 carbs that day if I threw my Ketosis out of whack. Still, progress!
