Feeling better today. Even though I pigged out yesterday morning, I ate fairly reasonably the rest of the day. Then this morning I got to the gym, 12 minutes on arc machine, 20 on bike, followed by my PT for my knee (a lot of knee and leg exercises).

I can tell that even though I haven't lost weight, I really have gained strength in my legs/knees. Wasn't that long ago I could barely do my leg lifts with 2.5 lbs, now I'm getting through them all with 5.0 lbs.

This morning I did stop at DD, got two egg/cheese wraps and hash browns (total of 540 calories). That's quite high for breakfast, but because I got it at 9:30, I'm actually pretty full going on lunch. Will probably have a later lunch of fruit, plus plenty of flavored water.
101,7 kg Perso fino ad ora: 4,0 kg.    Rimanenti: 38,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
