I am surprised by the scale today. I feel great, look better so no worries. I was at the gym Mon-Fri, nothing different about my "diet". Must be a week for toning. My body is telling me I'm doing good. The scale will catch up. Wow...did I just say that? This girl is growing up. I'm maturing befoe our very eyes! Funny thing, I am surprised by the scale but not alarmed or devestated. I truly feel great. I know I have more work to do but I also now know I CAN do it. I also know I wILL.
