Just got back from a week vacation. Bought a new scale. It seems my old scale is at least 5 lbs. off, so my weigh in today reflects that. Actually did pretty well on the eating front, but not much excerise while away. Back to the grind on Monday!
70,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0,9 kg.    Rimanenti: 7,3 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Scales are all calibrated differently, so you may get a different reading on each one. They should be within a few pounds of each other though. The kind of flooring a scale is on can also effect the scale.
