Whoopsie - now, where's that "reset" button? 

I'm looking for it! Lol Wedding tomorrow, another dinner out Sunday. Girls trip next weekend to Kentucky 😳 

today is my birthday - hit a new low weight 223 and hope not to ruin it this weekend  

Happy Birthday Kentman & what an awesome bday surprise with a new low! Glen, I'm looking it at it as a carb up day/s lol & hopefully I can break my stall. I have been gaining and losing the same couple pounds over & over all month. I noticed when I came back from a week vacation in June it kicked started my weight loss again. I was still mindful but a lot more relaxed 😎
