A 500 g drop overnight but I have now moved the scales back onto a flat tile instead of them balancing on 4 smaller textured tiles. The last few days the scales had been fluctuating a lot while I was trying to weigh and these Omron scales seem to take an average. Then they don't reweigh for a while, you just get that average weight for a few minutes. So you have to go away and come back to re weigh. All good, I was probably 69.1 kg yesterday but yesterday's gone. Who cares. 33.7 kg lost since I started. Still no exercise and body is still toning itself up, eating the fat. You beauty. Onwards and downwards. 😜
