It's really hard to believe that I have dropped 99 kilograms in just over two years. But I've done it. Now for the task of settling at just a pound below where I am (or right here if it's really hard to budge).

It's been a long journey, but it's moving to a different stage now.

So amazing. I am in awe of you. I am again on my journey to weight loss. Using Lipotrim Meal Replacement for a good kick start. I used it before in 1997 and lost 8 stone,(112 lb) but gained back 49lb since last June.
