Stopped the R insulin and have lost the pounds I gained. Now to keep going. I may make the goal to 299 by Labor day ... Good luck to all you FS folks. When someone comes up to you and says ... Wow you lost weight ... they may really mean hey you were fatter the last time I saw you ...
