Day 4 of South Beach Phase One. I made a bunch of the mini quiches from the recipe in the book to have as my breakfast every morning. So far, so good. Much better option than the gigantic bowls of sugary cereal I had been eating! Then for lunch I have been eating plain Greek yogurt or fat free cottage cheese and some veggies. Dinner is hard b/c I'm off to class and so I've been grazing on pistachios or almonds and then Babybel cheese. When I get home I pan fry some chicken in olive oil and cut up some veggies. It's not fancy, but it's the best I can do for now!
I'm so embarrassed I have gotten to this weight. It is the highest weight I have ever recorded while not pregnant. Since I'm 33, Salem wants us to have child #2 sooner rather than later. I told him I refuse to start a pregnancy at my current weight.
I really want to lose 30+ lbs. 132. I miss seeing that number on the scale!
