Well Managed to get back on the wagon diet wise yesterday:) Still looking for that motivation to get my exercise on track
120,0 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 38,4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Good for you! On the exercise thing .. if you can find a low-moderate intensity exercise or activity that you enjoy (or can make enjoyable by, say, listening to music) it becomes its own motivation!!
