Had a depressed week! Knew this would happen, been binging on pasta this week! Ate a huge Platter (not plate, platter) of spaghetti & sauce and cleaned the platter.... I was just enjoying it so much, but my gut hurt the rest of the night... then my wife prepared a home made Mac & three cheese dish.... I did it again and went to bed that night hurting! You'd think I'd have some sense and stop, but no! The very next nite did it again with the end of the casserole dish I stood in the kitchen getting not only my huge pile of the delicious dish, but scraped on the edges of the casserole for every bite! Went to bed that nite pleasantly full...las night I got a large sized sliced beef dinner! I aloo consumed' 1 pint of Sweet Freedom Ice Cream.... I know all thru this I made no effort to exercise. I know what to do, so now I just need to cry up and do iT
