Diario di Ideal Weight, 02 set 17

This is actually my weight from Saturday (September 2nd). I did weigh myself on schedule, but didn't get around to recording until now. Had some ups and downs lately with weight.

Having a hard time making good food choices and eating proper portions. I've also been having a little trouble with binge eating, which I have struggled with for years.

Been getting away from my (mostly) clean eating too. Loading up on processed junk and snack food.

I did okay yesterday. Got lots of exercise and didn't eat too poorly. Been doing fine today, but worrying a lot lately that I can't get back on track.

Got to get into the mindset this week. Track and stick the plan. Wish me luck!!!
