So, the last two weeks have been so difficult. There has been food everywhere, and ice-creams and cakes. And it's because a: Easter, b: my birthday, c: County Government week celebrations, and d: Onslow Senior Games. Tomorrow is Professional Administration function (more food) and Saturday is Senior Games Banquet - both of which are Italian food. Lord help me! Also, because I was playing tennis twice a week for 3 weeks, Athletic events last Saturday, and golf last Thursday - I have gotten out of the excercise schedule. Boy am I going to have to re-focus on that and get some weights work and core work going. The good news? Well, I've only gained .4 lb. Keeping my fingers crossed for next week's weigh-in.
