It's Time Of the Month and I gained weight, as usual. I am trying to loose my last 5kg, starting again dieting since yesterday.
I felt very tired and in a bad mood in the past month, so I did not feel like dieting. I have been surprisingly stable in weight, that's a good result! I moved to a new flat downtown 5 weeks ago. While fixing stuff and making myself furniture, I had less time available to go swimming and to the gym. On the other side, I am walking on average one hour a day or even longer, so, in a way it compensates.
My initial aim was to reach 56 kg by July 30th, my 29th birthday. I would like to reach 53kg by that time, then be stable in the 52-54kg weight range, as I used to be in the past.
Weight loss it's going slowly lately, but it's stable and this is the important thing. One year ago I had to buy new clothes often cause I did not fit in my old ones. Few weekends ago I realized I can fit in my old clothes and I am throwing away largest ones.
It takes time, it takes efforts, it needs will power, but it's worth it!!!!! :)
