Another 3lbs down, It seems I'm not going to get back up to a 5lb/week loss, but 3lbs is better than nothing. So I'm 38lbs down at this point and going strong. Really would like to take off another 30lbs by July 2nd. Hopefully I will make that goal.
Next week is going to be a big challenge, I have a super busy week, which includes my annual Sales Conference, and 12-14 hr days. My company feeds us, but that is the challenge part, the breakfast, lunch and dinner food spreads are not actually dieting condusive. Hopefully I will be able to find a healthy option.
