Today I start again. Last time I failed at Induction because I was not cooking with fats. I was still cooking the lean way. This time I have bought the book, read it and have a better understanding of the way Atkins is supposed to work. There is no stopping me this time as I failed horribly the last time and gained an extra 68 pounds. YUCK! Boo to me. I will succeed this time.
