Diario di peppymint, 02 mag 12

In a conference for work all week, so journaling will be at a minimum, plus I don't have much control over my food, particularly breakfast and especially lunch since its being provided. :( I'll just have to watch portion size!

Last night was my first CrossFit class.... Oh. My. God. I. Can't. Move... We did an hour of instruction and then only 15 minutes of working out, but it was seriously intense. I'm hooked!!! Next class is tomorrow :)

Imagine boot camp x 100. Check out the video called 'what is crossfit' on YouTube. It's really fun!

Wow i've never actually heard any real people that do cross fit. But I've heard about it, seems so crazy intense!!! Amazing. I hope you'll keep us updated how it goes, sooo interesting!
