I have so let myself down. I just can’t deal with stress. Husband is now back home working. Had a nice routine and change threw me off. Have to start exercising and counting calories. It’s the only way I can do this. The holidays will not make it easy. I can and I will!!!!

I understand how you feel. When I am stressed, bring on ALL the sugar I can find.😂😂 The key is not to give up. I try to get outside for a short walk when things feel so overwhelming. Unfortunately I still haven't lost any weight, but I also didn't gain so that is a plus. Hang in there and we will figure this weight loss out one day. I think I am going to take my Cardiologist advice and try it this year. Nothing is off limits but EVERYTHING is portion control. I find when I can't have something on a diet, I want it even more. I know it's a head game and I always lose.😂😂 I will keep you all updated to see if it really works! God Bless

Yes you can and you will!! This is the hardest part... you know, trying to find the motivation to keep making healthy choices! Remember, all your efforts will tell on you some day soon. Do the best you can. Some days will be great and some will be tough! The key is to hang in there! You can do it!!!
