Good luck! My weight just seesaw’s up and down for a while, and then seesaw’s down further from the lower weight. Goes up a pound or two, back down a pound, up a pound, down TWO, and so forth. In the space of one day my weight can vary as much as 4 pounds!!
Just keep at it. The holidays are the hardest.
