So, for the last month and a half, I have been teetering from 155-153, back and forth... and I feel like something's gotta change... so I decided to try the PALEO diet... so this is me recording my current weight as I start my PALEO diet. Hopefully this will be the breaking point that I need to get down to my goal weight of 135... Shit, I'd be happy with just 140 at this point. I just want to get out of the 150's and lose some weight.
