Started this app on 1/5/18. I had to lose 30lbs from a year ago and made a goal of 32lbs day if surgery. Since surgery my weight is down from 308 to 261 today. HW 340 SW 308 CW 261 GW 160.

Got back on track yesterday after eating things I shouldn't have. I think I was having premenstrual cravings hence my nacho and nacho cheese meal. Got rid of that and yesterday was on track with calories. I got my period this morning and when I weighed myself it still showed a loss, though I usually gain now. The last few days plateaued so I'm wondering if it's from my menses. We shall see in a week where I'm at. Been sick too since Wednesday evening. I felt something coming on and Thursday morning woke up with a burning sore throat. Got up to gargle and that helped a lot! Did that. Few times and Friday too. I seem to be better throat wise, but super congested and coughing. Will rest and try to recover before Monday I hope. Need to go swimming again, but haven't been able to since Wednesday.
