Haven't worked out in 4 days. I really need to get back on it. I haven't worked out 5 days a week for the past 4 months just to get lazy and loose all the strength that I worked so hard to gain! I think it is the nice weather, wanting to be outside as much as possible. Still take walks with the kids, but that is definitly not enough.
70,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 34,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 60,3 kg a Settimana

At least the walks give you some kind of activity. Maybe you can take the kids to the park and jog there. Hope you get your mojo back.
