Weight is bouncing around a lot more than it used to – guess that is a sign that I am starting to settle on a final weight. This morning I completed my 5k (3.1 mile) run in 29 minutes and 57 seconds – at a 2.5% incline. It has been a stressful week and I am really looking forward to the weekend.
