weigh in day...lost about 1/2 lb...been bouncing around 278 for several day...up to 279 back down and this morning I'm calling it 277.2...bounce around that for a bit and then try a longer fast day or two..stop eating around 2pm and not eat again until next late morning...like 10am see what that does
