No weight loss this week, but I wasn't expecting any--I was expecting to have gained weight since this week I pretty much threw the whole program to the wind in the face of the dental issues (which are still ongoing).
However, I'm starting a new week & I'm going to do my damnedest to stick to my points & get some exercise in the process. I'd like it if I had some weight loss to show for next week's weigh in.
