I'm back. Yes back to the beginning. Back to being fat and mad that I let this happen again. After all my hard work and maintaining my weight for a while, I'm back unhappy because nothing fits. I mean nothing. I refuse to start a new wardrobe.

I was there in January. After the holidays and letting myself eat way too much I weighed myself and I'd gained almost everything back that I'd lost. I did not want to buy new summer clothes. Now though I'm doing better and I've lost that extra weight. You can do this, just stick with it. Good luck!!
