When you first start, it's normal to lose quite quickly. Around week 3-4 you might stall or even gain a bit as your body adjusts to the new source of fuel. I know I did but I still lost 18lbs the first month! If you're not familiar with the websites already, I recommend www.dietdoctor.com and www.reddit.com/r/keto 😎
