Well last week I got back on my diet and hit the ground running. I followed it pretty well and have to weight loss to show for it. Though my work week is going to hectic, hell my job pretty much sucks, I can't let stuff like that deter me from my ultimate goal. Today I begin a workout routine suggest by my friend Trista. So here is to hoping that next week I have good numbers to put up.
