I started another session of Atkins on May 28th. Memorial Day. The first week I did reasonably well - I lost 5 lbs. The second week I thought I was doing good, but didn't lose anything.

I'm adding some exercise into my routine, so I hope that will help.

My exercise goals:
June:
yoga, 3-4 times a week - for flexibility
biking, once a week - for cardio
weights, aim for nightly - for strength
95,7 kg Perso fino ad ora: 2,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 29,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,1 kg a Settimana
