You are right. Less carbs than I used to eat, but still more than I need. Today I went over calorie goal and I ate an unbelievable amount of cheese. Breakfast was good. Two eggs, a piece of toast,6 ounces orange juice,1/2 an avacado and coffee with creamer. The rest of the day was not good at all. going to bed over full and bloated.
