Big drop. Did 500 calories yesterday. I am planning to try intermittent fasting properly for the first time - 500 calories, 2 days a week. My sister is doing it as she has lost 5 kilos in 5 weeks which is great as she struggles losing weight. I used leftover isagenix shakes for breakfast and dinner. I was nervous I would have no result from yesterday as I’ve dieted so much I think my metabolism is totally shot but this is great. Obviously will eat well today but looking forward to some eggs for lunch to go with my shakes for breakfast and dinner. Happy and feeling positive with my good start. Off to morning beach walk.

I don’t know why I’ve been so sceptical of it. Seems to be working well for me!
