Good day 2. Had shakes for breakfast and dinner and one egg omelette with feta and vegetables for lunch, a banana and a teaspoon of peanut butter in the afternoon. Felt really hungry again late last night but drank water and went to sleep. It’s not been too hard as I’ve been very busy with work, and I have zero social engagements this week. Happy with my progress.
