Decided to weigh myself after being sick and my unintended 36 hour fast. Down a little more than I expected but I do expect a slight tick up from here since this is sickie weight. I'm still sick, I even brought my nebulizer to work today since the inhaler is not enough. Today's exercise will be another sloth walk with tissues.
