Decided to try tracking what I eat and drink to see if it will help me lose the extra weight. As i have half body CRPS full right side. Im on crutches full time for walking unless its a slow walk and then its pushing a pram as my right leg can goo out from under me at any time. And its at a very slow rate as I limp to to the lack or movement range on the leg. Most of my exercises are low impact, physo style. As cant push too hard as can damage my self rather easily. At the same time I would love to gain some more use and strength back to the right side as losing half the strength min to the leg and arm kinda sucks. Doing this under meadical advice and supervision. and only doing pre a proved physical therapy exercises.
