Terrible weight news received today.
Lots of fluid retention and poor eating all week Also had to sit still in a training class all week!
Only got to take a walk once this past week & boy did I feel it!
131,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 14,9 kg.    Rimanenti: 47,7 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

I feel ya i have been the same this week terrible eating this weekend and only went to the gym 2x this week, but i am trying to gett back on track that is what counts don't give up we will have bad days or maybe a bad week but at the end of it we can't give up we have to work hard and give it our best to finish our journey !!!! Keep moving you can do it!!!
