Diario di The Blue Box, 30 giu 12

Eating lunch with co-workers at Red Bowl yesterday was a detriment to my calorie intake. Now I remember why I put so much effort into packing a Bento everyday! :)

I had Sushi too (for the most part); I thought that was supposed to be healthy! Although, I kind of chose the highest calorie Sushi to input into my diet journal, because I have no idea how many calories are in a Snow White Roll, but I can tell you it was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! At least I didn't ask to see the dessert menu!

Although, after lunch I was a snack machine... I don't know why, but every time I eat out, regardless if I stay within my calorie limit, I always feel the need to snack for the rest of the day. It must be a mental thing, like; well actually I have no idea... I don't know how to explain it! However, I can describe it as incredibly frustrating!
