Decided that I am not going to eat after 7pm. I just make bad decisions after 7 and also I want to try to eat as close to 2000 calories as possible.

I watched that 8 minute ab routine. Thanks for adding that to your journal, because now I may have to try it :) I just got back from a walk with the dog for about 2 miles. Short walk but he is old and I just wanted a warm up before I do some exercising at home tonight. Good job on the exercise, keep it up!
