We eat out way too much, but it's becoming an interesting challenge to find good choices that I like. At lunch with a group of friends on Friday, I had blackened salmon, cucumber salad (just cucumber slices with vinegar), and sauteed string beans. It was so attractive when they brought it out everyone at the table was jealous, and it was delicious as well. Even adding in a couple tablespoons of oil for the prep, it was only 2 points to track for my WW. Marked that as a favorite, and I'll be back Duffy's!
