Diario di kimjinxie, 05 set 12

Doctor checkup yesterday went well. He is very impressed by my weight loss. I was 227 at my highest weight on his chart, so I have lost over 40 pounds. My BMI is at 24.5, which is right where he wanted to see it. It was at 28.88 when I saw him in mid-March. He reviewed my last set of bloodwork tests and all of my levels are great. My blood pressure was pretty low too, 119/67!

I have training tonight at the gym and have been craving carbs, so I need to keep up with the exercise. Been "cheating" a little, but I will not go back to where I was. I am allowing myself 5 pounds on either side of my 180 weight goal right now. This is a lifetime commitment. :)
