I finally did it, I got on the scale. Nothing like waiting three weeks to get a weight! I lost 2 lbs, which is nothing for most of us on here, but for me is about right :) I guess I'll take. Beats hell out of gaining! Anyway, felt good about that, and for waking up early again. And then managing to work out and do it fairly well, before showering and going out to lunch. And being proud of my choices there, too. The farmer's salad (mixed baby greens and fresh, organic chopped veggies with a lemon vinaigrette dressing. The dressing had olive oil, which is good, but the salad also had buttery croutons in it which I ate : ) Still, probably about 400 calories and really fresh and tasty. So much better than most of the choices on the menu. Can't lie - I'd like to try some of those other dishes. I did the Cardio Max 1 & 2, then Bootcamp 1 and then a couple of Jillian's segments from no more trouble zones. Wanted to do one or two more, but ran out of time before I had to shower. Anyway, my neighbor said I was "skinny" - which is funny when you weigh 155 lbs and only 5'4 1/2", but it still felt good. I was feeling cute today : ) Now...making rib eye's for dinner...LOVE those. But I'll trim off all the fat first and weigh it and check it against what I just put in for calories. And a nice salad, too. Oh, and another nice glass of wine! Cheers!
