Darn...I'm still weighing myself...can't stop. I was down to 205 today and I know that weight fluctuates a lot...water, muscle, etc.. But I'm still happy I'm down another pound, even though I'm worried about the little amount of calories I'm intaking. I was only gonna stay at this low number for a bit...working my way up after the fast, but it is hard..so hard when I eat only lean meats and veggies. I know add some other healthy fats in, but I"m so happy to be losing quickly again....I just want to break the 200 mark...so I'm sticking to this diet for at least another week...yes it is a diet, because I can't maintain it forever. I do need to be on a healthy diet and eating normally, but when I started that a couple weeks back and my weight stuck to the same number for 10 days I got sooooo frustrated. I needed movement. So here I am doing this...for a bit anyways.
