the past years I've been doing fad diets and low carb diet and nothing helped for a long term. I've decided to quit those diets and do it in a right way for my body. So I will be adding healthy carbs,eat according to my macros, I will also do a carb cycle of +-70g, intermittent fasting of 20:4 and dance zumba/any other dances 3x week
