I'm back on track today! I found that the scales at the gym disagree with the scales at home, so I went for the median weight and added a few pounds on to my current weight... somewhat disappointing, but I'm just going to dust myself off. I'm still under 210lbs anyway. The past few days were a couple of days off (because of exam stress/mental health), but today it's all about vegetables!
