I'm finding this so difficult. Combining 14hr fasting with Mediterranean diet, as well as not having snacks between meals, seems to be making me cranky. I always find it hard to sleep when hungry, and this is causing sleep problems. I try to drink when hungry, making trips to the loo very frequent - usually at night. My clothes still feel really tight, making me suspect that I'm not achieving anything...
