Can you tell me what your message means "Lost 4.lb and got my first 7" 

Basically, by losing 4.5lbs I've lost a total of 9lbs. And at my weight watchers meetings you get a sparkly seven sticker on your weigh-in card for every 7 pounds you lose. Not sure if that's the same at every meeting, as I'm based in the UK. :)
